The Skellig Jam Story
Based in Ballinskelligs, Co Kerry, we are artisan producers making jams,marmalades and sauces using the small batch method. A husband and wife team, we started making preserves back in 2019 when we were making jams and marmalades for our Bed and Breakfast, Tig an Rince.
We have since closed the Bed and Breakfast to concentrate fully on Skellig Jam. We have a range of thirteen jams, two marmalades and three sauces. We also offer a giftpack selection made up of four taster products.
